Purpose of Processing

To enable usage of our plugins and integrations. To allow continuous monitoring of Accessibility complaince controls. For more details, see Stark’s Privacy Policy - in the Personal Information Use section.

Lawful Basis of Processing and Consent

Consent: Via Users’s acceptance of Terms of Service during account creation process. The User can withdraw its consent by unlinking/removing their account from Stark.Contract: Via contracts with Users which give Stark permission to process personal data for the purpose of providing the Service to users.Legitimate Interest: It is in the legitimate interest of Users to share their data with Stark for the purpose of helping them achieve Accessibility Compliance.Additional information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Withdrawal of consent (or opt out)

For Users, withdrawal of consent or opting out after initial consent/opt-in will be able available via the Stark Web App. For Visitors, opting out can be done by visitng the Cookie Policy page or by emailing support@getstark.co

Deletion Policy

User data is deleted when deleting their account via the Stark Web App. Other requests for Data Deletion can be done by contacting support@getstark.co.

Data Access / Modification / Portability

Users can access, modify, and download their data from within the Stark Web App. To request a copy or update their data, users can email support@getstark.co.

Security Controls

Stark works to maintain best industry practices in security attested to in a SOC 2 Type 2 report covering security, confidentiality, availability, and processing integrity. This report along with additional security documentation is available via our Trust Center.

Notification of Data Breach

Stark’s data breach notification process is outlined in our Incident Response Policy, which is available via our Trust Center.
