Cancelling your subscription

Learn how to cancel your Premium subscription


Though we’re sad to see you go, we hope the process of cancelling your subscription is super easy. Whether you're a team or individual, you can follow these instructions to cancel your subscription.

Cancelling your Premium subscription

  1. Sign into your Stark account 
  2. Click Your Account from the navigation menu.
  3. Scroll down to Subscription & Billing
  4. Click Cancel

Once you cancel your plan, this will remove any access to your plan’s features within Stark at the end of the subscription period, and revert you to the Free plan.

Cancelling your Premium Pack subscription

  1. Sign into your Stark account
  2. Click Premium Pack from the navigation menu.
  3. Select the Subscription & Billing tab
  4. Click Cancel

Refund policy

Yearly Subscriptions

If you’re on a yearly plan and you forget to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, please reach out to support@getstark.co within seven days after the renewal date to discuss a refund.

Monthly/Quarterly Subscriptions

We do not issue refunds for monthly or quarterly plans. If you’re on a monthly or quarterly plan, you must cancel before the renewal date. You can view this in our Terms of Service, or reach out to support@getstark.co if you have any questions.
