Connecting your ticketing system

Get your team setup to allow creating and viewing tickets right within Stark

Stark supports all of the major ticketing systems and connecting everything together takes no time at all. Navigate to the Team Settings page from the navigation menu to get started.

Make setup even easier by inviting your IT Admin on the Manage Team page. They'll have limited access for setting up your team and they don't count towards your paid seats.

We've integrated with Merge to make connecting your ticketing system a breeze. On the Team Setings page, simply click the Connect ticketing system button and follow the steps to get everything wired up. 

If your ticketing system supports collections/projects, you'll be able to choose one from the Default project dropdown. This is where newly created tickets from Stark will get dropped into.
